Knitting School with Knit Ditz

One of the great things about having great and talented friends is they like to share. This week Knit Ditz has taught me how to knot with double pointed needles, something that I found intimidating because it looks really hard!

After two days of crafting (I did some cross stitch in between) I have my very first ever fingerless glove! (pictured). There's a couple of dropped stitches (conveniently hidden lol) but all in all not a bad effort for a first go!

Helps to have an excellent teacher who's building on the foundation my Mum laid :)

  1. Awww, I think crafters in general love to share what they know and, as much as I'd like to take credit, you actually knitted it (I just dropped the needle out of the stitches, lol)
It looks great and I really do love those colours together - I'd never have thought of it but you know me and my love of eye-wateringly bright colours.
